DiagNose is the trade name under which the Dutch subsidiary of ICTS Europe offers clients a range of complimentary canine detection services in the Netherlands.

In April 2008, Fraport AG, owner and operator of Frankfurt Airport, has sold its wholly-owned ICTS Europe subsidiary to Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), a leading Germany-based private equity company, experienced in the industrial services sector.

ICTS Europe comprises 25 operating companies in 24 countries, maintaining offices at over 80 locations worldwide and employing over 11,000 staff.

In 2007, ICTS in Europe provided services to over 700,000 flights; this included enhanced aviation security services provided to approximately 110,000 of these flights.
